General Terms

These terms can change anytime without warning.

I take between 1 to 2 weeks to finish a comission once I start it depending on complexity. If you need it within a deadline I will add an extra fee to the price but please specify if you want it in a deadline when messaging me and don't be rude about it.

If you do not want me to post your commission for any reason, please let me know when contacting me.

There can be things that are outside of my comfort zone, but I might still accept your commission depending on what it is, so feel free to ask!

If by any chance I refuse the comission anyways please respect my decision. There's some things that I for certain won't draw: Pornographic or explicitly erotic art; Extreme violence or gore (Mild gore is okay); Any art that's used to offend or degrade others. I also won't create designs from zero. For anything not mentioned here, you can ask.

I will refuse any comission with abusive, homophobic, racist, mysoginist, predatory or generally offensive content.

I have the right to ask you to stop using anything you’ve comissioned from me if you have any abusive, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, mysoginist or predatory behaviour. I don’t want my art to be related to any of those things and if you see yourself in any of the behaviours mentioned don’t bother contacting me.
Commission Process

I make the comissions in the order that I get paid for them.

My images will always be bigger than 1500x1500 and in .png format. If you need a specific size, resolution or format, please discuss with me when you contact me!

It helps if you come to me with a clear idea in mind, however if you have trouble explaining what you want, I don't mind brainstorming with clients and making as many sketches needed until we find what you want!

Before you pay me I will send you a sketch of your drawing as a preview. Make sure to specify what you want and correct me in anything you don't like when I show the sketch so I can satisfy your request.

Once you're satisfied with the sketch I will request payment before continuing.

If you decide to cancel your commission after the sketch you're not allowed to use said sketch and I'm free to use it for other purposes as I see fit.

I do send updates from time to time on the process, If for any reason I don't, feel free to check in! Just be respectful about it and mindful that I have a life outside of drawing.

Mistakes made on my part in the comission will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when I make them.

The comission will be sent in a zip file either via email or via discord.
Payment
-
Payment will be done in USD via either Paypal or AirTm. I will send an invoice once the sketch is approved and I won't start the comission until I receive the payment.

Once you're happy with the sketch make sure you really want the comission because once I get approval and receive the payment, I won't give any refunds.

I will not reduce my prices for specific commissions. Do not try to haggle with me or attempt to get a discount.

For more characters on the same commission, you will have to pay 60% of one character for each addition. For busts the characters must be interacting in some way, if they're completely separated it will count as two different commissions.
Usage

You are allowed to post the comission on social media or use it as profile picture while you give proper credits on the post or bio.

I retain the rights to every image I produce. I am being paid to create these, not to transfer the rights to them.

You are never allowed to remove my signature or edit/trace my art and claim it as your own. This is art theft.

These commissions are for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell my work or monetize it in any way.

In case of wanting to commission my art for a commercial project tell me about it and we'll discuss the rates and/or royalties, since they'd differ from my "personal use" prices.

Do not sell the commissions for NFT.
